Expanding the coalition: Continuing discussions to expand the new coalition structures.

Operational effectiveness: Implementing coordinated strategies by sector based on the lessons learned over the past five years.

Expanding new members: Engaging and negotiating with relevant organizations to bring in new members.

Gaining domestic and international support: Systematically implementing this through sector-specific working groups.
